  • National ID/passport information (for drivers)
  • Car/Boda Number Plate
  • Insurance Number

Real-time location (GPS data) when using the app or during a ride.

  • Receipts and invoices

1.4 Device Information

  • Device model, operating system, mobile network, and IP address

  • Messages between passengers and drivers

  • Location Data: Retained for up to 90 days after the ride to improve services and resolve disputes.
  • Deletion: Once a deletion request is made, personal data is retained for 90 days before it is permanently deleted.

As a Union user, you have the right to:

  • Access and update your personal information within the app
  • Request a copy of your personal data, which we will provide within 30 days
  • Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to a 90-day retention period before permanent deletion
